VIP Gold Card

We are delighted to introduce you to the Mari-May VIP Gold Card. Membership in our club identifies you as one of Mari-May's most valued customers. We created the VIP Gold Card Club to encourage you to select Mari-May Pet Resort as your preferred Dog Boarding Facility and we appreciate your business. How does the gold card work?


1. Present your VIP Gold Card Club every time you visit Mari-May and pay for boarding. 2. You will get one punch each time you pay your bill.
3. On your 11th visit, you will have earned one free day of boarding!

CHECKOUT
Checkout time is 9am. Pets picked up after 11am will be charged for a full day.

How am I charged for my Pets stay & what is a "day"?
Mari-May Pet Resort charges for the day that your pet arrives regardless of what time you bring your pet in. Your reservation date is day #1.

If your pet is picked up by 9am, you are not charged for the departure morning. If your pet stays later than our morning check-out time, you are charged for the remainder of that day. Example: If you drop off your pet on Saturday at 8:00AM and pick up on Sunday at 8:30am, that is considered 1 day. However, if you drop off on Saturday at 5:00PM and pick up on Sunday at 3:00PM, that is considered 2 days. We base our charge on the Hotel system.

VET INFORMATION
Please don't forget your shot records! This information needs to be updated at least once a year. Check our Policies page to verify that your pet has all required vaccines.

LEASH & COLLAR - CRATE:
When you arrive at Mari-May Pet Resort you must bring bring your dog in on a leash and your cat in a crate. We remove all choke chains for boarding and return your leash when you pick up your pet.

TOYS
Bring a couple of their favorite or bones to chew on. Mari-May Pet Resort can not be held responsible for damaged or chewed personal articles.

EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER
Every attempt will be made to provide the care necessary for your pet should an emergency occur. It is important that you leave a phone number where you can be reached or an emergency contact person so that communication between you and the veterinarian can take place in a timely manner.

IF SOMEONE ELSE DROPS OFF YOUR PET
If you have made arrangements for someone else to drop off your pet for boarding please let Mari-May Pet Resort know so we can set up the details of your pets stay with you over the phone.
